Text and web freebee

I am on Payg and at christmas went into a vodafone shop to have a micro sim put in my new phone transferring number and credit onto new sim. I was on text and web freebee. Since that time even though only sent a few messages all my credit has been used up when before I never ever used any of my credit because of my freebies . Can anyone explain this?

When calling 2345, does it state you still have this Freebee added?

Hi Ben thanks for replying. I topped up £10 yesterday and it is now stating I have text and web freebie. When I transferred over to micro sim I had £19 left on my credit. When I got under the £10 mark would my text and web freebie have ended until I topped up £10 again.

The day the Freedom Freebee is added to your account will count as the first day. It’ll run out at 23.59 in the UK on the 30th day :).
