Hi, My usage on my Vodafone app is still saying updated on 11/11/2014 - it's now the 19/11/2014 is there a problem with the app service? It usually updates every couple of days as a rule.
Try going to the settings cog at the top right and then selecting "forget me". This should force the app to search for your info again. Make sure you do this in a area with strong 3G signal and have wifi off when you do it.
Thanks for that - tried it the other day when in town (no 3G signal at home) and shut down the phone and then left it for 5 mins and turned it on again. No luck. Will try again next time I'm in town.
