can ring people but cant text or use the internet - recently my phone was restricted due to late payment rang you lot and got it back to unrestricted but the only problem is it will let me call people but it wont let me text or use the internet on 3G I can use the internet on wifi tho just a bit wierd how I can call but cant text or use internet after ive the restriction has been lifted

Try

On the iPhone hold down the Sleep/Wake Button and Home button together until the Apple Logo shows. Then On seeing this Apple Logo release both buttons ,and the iPhone will reset , which has been known to clear most glitches.

Other options are :

Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings.

Try ure Sim in another phone as elimination 2 rule out the phone or sim that may be at fault.

Finally if these don't help I would suggest speaking to customer services on 191 or use live chat.
