got my iphone 5c just over 2 weeks ago as a upgrade, it developed a fault on the 13th day, what i phoned apple and ran diagnostics to find its a hardware fault . was told to phone vodafone as covered and would send a replacement out as ordered online, picking up the faulty one.
but i phoned monday, gave all info and even apple case number and direct number for apple supervisor dealing with it. but have been told got to send it in if i get chance and be tested. it was under the 14 day returns policy .
the fault is a nand message fault where it doesnt even load up.
feel like cancelling my contract and going else where. the service has been terrible
