iPhone unlocking

Have filled out 3 request forms for a NUC now and has no email have not heared a thing been nearly a week without a phone now and not even an automated email to say my request has been received. Even spoke to 2 advisors on the phone and still nothing!!!!!
Absolutely awful customer service!!!

If the Network unlocking form has been filled in correctly, there will be an auto reply sent to you.

Please check your spam/junk folders for this.

If this hasn’t come through, please resubmit.

Network unlocking codes can take up to 21 days to come back from the manufacturer, as soon as we have this we’ll email you.

If it’s an iPhone your trying to have unlocked, you’ll need to sync the phone with iTunes, as this is the first place this is updated.
