I know that's what happened to me, its soooo annoying!!!... One day I was able to send an MMS and the next day i wasn't then was told about a restriction.. Just call customer services and see how u get on... Good Luck! :-)

Well in my case I have called CS over 10 times now - I have been told several times that "the bar has been removed"..or that "these boxes needed to be ticked"...and that "these boxes needed to be UN-ticked" etc etc etc....

Checked 10 times that MMS is switched on!

Had WAP/Internet settings sent to me three times....

Reset all message settings - three times

Had "iPhone Technical team" - look at the setting four times

Re-sycnged to iTunes - four times

Reset the Network Settings - 3 times

Done a Hard Reset of the hand sets - 3 times

Moved on and off the network (Carrier settings) - twice

And finally I have done factory restores on iTunes on the phones and set them up as new phones - twice..........

I still have no MMS on all the phoens and I'm getting sick of psending hours on the phone with the same poepk going through the same routines each time....and each time it takes a little longer.......

....its funny as all four of our old iPhone 4's were fine!!!

I'me getting to the point where I will be sending everything back as not fit for purpose!

musiz1974, thanks for supplying us with this additional information.  It certainly is a strange one and as you mentioned there doesn't seem to be any specific pattern behind this at all.  So that we can look into this further I'll send you a PM. 

Can you please follow the instructions inside there, along with sending us some examples such as time, date and number of the person sending the MMS and we'll look into it further for you.

Can you both confirm that you received the latest settings by texting the word WEB to 40127?

If you've both confirmed that the settings are correct on your phone we'll need to make sure that the provisioning is still active on your account and there's no block in place.  To do this I've sent you a PM.  Please follow the instructions included in there and we'll be in touch.

I have the same problem - on all of our iPhone 5's - and I have now made 11 phone calls to Vodafone - i have tried everything that has been suggested by Vodafone at least 3 times - and now I am getting really annoyed - I might ask for a full refund!

I am having the same problem, recently switched from iphone 4 to 5, and can no longer send MMS to anyone other than people using imessage on another iphone! Useless!!

Have made two very lengthy phone calls to Vodafone, reset everything!!!!  Started right from scratch.  Was then told they couldn't help me further and must be a sim card issue or the phone is faulty.  Visited Vodafone shop today for more than half an hour on my day off, new sim card, loads more tests, tried the shop assistants sim in my phone, still not working, my sim in his, still not working!  He has no idea and is supposed to be calling me in the morning.  Have been told that they may send it off to be repaired!!  I waited over a month for this phone, have had it a week and now they want to take it away again and give me a replacement phone which will no doubt not be an iphone 5..... I think this is disgraceful, If the phone is faulty from the start, it should be replaced!!  Furious!!  What is the point in a fantastic phone if you cant even send an MMS?!

I am at my witts end.

I cannot send or receive MMS - i upgraded 3 days ago from the 4 to the 5.

I rang customer service up and they said they have taken off the block and that i should sync my phone up to itunes - Failed!

I have texted 'WEB' to 40127 and installed the latest profile - Failed!

I have completly restored the phone - failed! 

I had no problems with my 4 and if this doesnt get sorted soon i will cancel the contract, i rely on MMS for work.

Please help!

I am having the same problem, and I'm not terribly happy about it. I spoke to Vodafone CS who maintained I didn't have a problem - they resent my the iphone mms settings - but still I couldn't send pictures. I then went into my local Vodafone shop and then put a new sim card in which they thought would solve the problem - only it hasn't

I would like to see this problem fixed sooner rather than later.

Unable to access the link you are saying to follow as the Vodafone website appears to be playing up.
Have had more than enough hassle and have made a complaint. Hoping to receive a call back within 48 hours regarding a replacement. However, I don't see how this will help as everyone appears to be having the same problem with iPhone 5. Should have stuck with my iPhone 4!!

I have been through two of the technila teams - same old stuff...they dont knwo how to fix it.....they have now passed me on to the "third level" technical team - whatever that means - and they are supposed to conact me within "the next few days" - glad to seee thye are treating it as an urgent problem........NOT

I just got off the phone with a frined of mine who recently upgrade to iPhone 5 (with Voda) - he has the same issue - I think its a network problem!

Time to sort it out Vodafone!
