No data or text messages can be recieved on brand new iphone 6

Hi

For some reason around 2 weeks ago my less than a month old iphone 6 decided it wouldnt work with any data connection unless it was on wifi and also dosent seem to recieve texts....

i have spoken to the "tech team" and i use that term loosly, i have followed all of the instructions, done a hard reser a full reset and a sim swap....i previously worked for Vodafone for 6 years and know when i'm being given the same excuses i heard on a daily basis.......just want the phone to work 🙂

Process of elimination: Can U try ure Sim in another phone 2 rule out either the Sim or Phone which may be at fault.

If another sim does not work in the iPhone then if you have an  store local have a diagnostic run on it via an appointment at the https://www.apple.com/uk/retail/geniusbar/
