On hold for 1h 40m and call dumped

Why send a text asking me to call at 9am and then dump my call after 100 minutes waiting on hold?

 

I can't upgrade via my account area either, most likely because I'm a business customer.

 

I am disgusted with Vodafone this morning.  And I want that 100 minutes removed from my bill.

 

Why should I renew my contract with Vodafone now?  I'll see if someone else is answering the phone today.

I'm sorry to see that you've both had the same difficulty.

 

I've checked and although there may be a queue, you will be able to get through to an advisor now. If you'd prefer you can also pre-order in store.

I had the same thing on Friday, requested a call back at 9am which said I wouldn't loose my place in the queue but that the call back would be in 30-61 minutes.
I'm still waiting!! Never did get that call back, although I did try online (which wouldn't work, probably because I'm also a business customer) then I gave up & called again at about 10:30am, got through straight away & order was sorted no problem.

Same thing happened to me too on the 12th.
Waited on the phone for about 1hr 15mins and got dumped.
Lucky I manage to order online but shocking customer service
