Upgrade issues with new iPhone

Upgraded on Friday to iPhone 6 and swapped my number to the new sim.
I've not received any texts on how to activate my entertainment plan - checked my acct online and it's still showing as my old plan and that I could still upgrade.
Assistance please

Have u recieved your iphone yet? Messed my upgrade right up and I had to ring them to be informed!! Re ordered today as live chat just lie to me! Mine said I was still able to upgrade and everything. So annoyed.

Ah sorry should have said that I received my iPhone on Friday.
It was the third time I had ordered it.
1. Phones4U
2. Vodafone - no confirmation email etc and they confirmed that it hadn't processed correctly after calling them up (whilst I was in Rhodes!£!£!)
3. Carphone Warehouse - ordered on the Wednesday and chose to collect in store on Friday - all perfectly fine bar my plan not being correct ... Don't mind as my old plan was cheaper but I want to be able to get my Netflix etc as I have that already.

Just odd as everyone else I know who has upgraded had their plan change the same day they upgraded... Not me!
