Hotspot iPhone 6

I have been trying to set up my personal hotspot.  The iPhone directs me to the Vodaphone website.  The website directs me back to settings on my phone.  I called Vodaphone and they wouldnt help.  Can anyone guide me on this please?  Is there a setting within my Vodaphone account or something else?  Many thanks

I assume your on a Pay Monthly Contract ? If so then Cust services on 191 or Live Chat may need to activate Tethering on your account.

It's not available on Payg.

Be aware tethering can use your data allowance faster as other devices such as laptops etc can access more feature rich internet pages

No not pay as you go....Does that make a difference?

If your saying your Payg then tethering isn't permitted on that type of account.

If your a Pay Monthly Customer then speak again with Customer Services on 191 and ask for 'Tethering' to be enabled on your account.
