4G not working

I ported my number from airtel to vodafone a month back and my sim got activated to 3g even though i got a 4g one i called customer care regarding this issue and haven't got any proper response my network is still on 3g its been over a month i tried reaching care again and again they said that 4g was not activated on your profile we accepted your request and 4g will be activated within 24hrs they gave this same msg every time i called them So please help me in this issue.

This is the forum for UK customers. 

You would need to re engage with your own countries Vodafone Customer service to ensure 4g is turned On in your account settings and if you can try your sim in another phone as a process of elimination to rule out your phone and check 4g is turned On in your phones settings. 

The Vodafone UK Social Media Teams here cannot access your account to help I'm afraid
