Hi I keep trying to change my avatar but the picture chopper is a little off 

I'll post screen shots below so it is easier to understand.

Any ideas please

I’ve experienced similar when choosing mine @DRUIDDOODE

It takes a little movement of that box over the part of the picture you want - with me as I use an iPad Air I moved it with my finger. 

Sometimes in the past I’ve had to use some software like aviary to first crop the picture and then use it as an avatar as the cropped picture can then be easier to place the Vodafone box over the part wanted.

Thanks buddy I have tried that and I still don't get the picture and the one that does come though looks fine on my end but the one next to my threads or reply still comes out blurred.

Thanks for flagging that the cropping box isnt very accurate @DRUIDDOODE

I'll get this issue reported ASAP. In the meantime can you confirm your device, software version and browser used?

My browser at for last few moths as been Samsung internet although everytime I login on this forum I have to disable a content blocker since the forum was overhauled  but don't have to do it on other forums and my device is samsung S 7 edge

On mobile view i.e. on my s8 my avatars is blurry too but is fine on my MacBook Air and iPad. 

Most probably due to the resolution @DRUIDDOODE
