I signed up for a new device note 9 512gb in February 2019

Device since then has had nothing but issues

Network

Screen

Buttons

Battery

I took it to samsung and they flushed it, restored, reflushed almost 4 times in 4 weeks

Then i took ot to vodafone and they did some troubleshooting for almost 3 weeks constant issues, now they finally decided to send it to service centre

I contacted vodafone i really need a phone this is why I'm paying premium $$$ so i can use my damn phone but vodafone have just raised a complaint.

I'm willing to pay to get a different phone i really need mla working phone especially a note due to its screen and pen as i need to create custom data grams and the previous note phones were  great i never had any issues before now I'm struggling can vodafone help here and just upgrade i can pay you guys not asking for freebies just something so i can continue.

The only options I'm aware of to early upgrade are flexi upgrades / info in When-and-how-can-I-upgrade-my-Pay-monthly-phone-contract.

Other than that the phone is covered by a 24 month warranty also check out the info in the consumer-rights-act 2015

It's up to Vodafone to give you support.

You can raise a complaint via complaints

Hi,

thank you, i have tried calling vodafone so many times and they are very disrespectful so the only approach I have made is now I have sent a complaint to the umbsdman and also raising it with ACCC plus i have that there is a consumer rights where we can raise it and put it on TV for other people to see what is happening., s I no longer want to deal with them.

Unhelp ful and very disrespectful plus clueless and don't want to waste my time they can have there phones back and i will no longer be paying for there services.

I'm sorry to hear you've been left feeling disappointed after you've faced these issues with your device @Tomgorgis,. It's a shame this has led to you raising a complaint with us after exploring every avenue to get your phone fixed. When you visited your nearest Vodafone store, did our Technical Specialists take a closer look into it? They'll be able to determine if it needs to be sent off for repair or to be investigated.
