Hi, how do I go about obtaining the recording of a phone conversation of a sale of a new phone on the upgrades line please?

You would need to speak with customer services on 191.
However not all calls are recorded.
Those that are recorded are typically retained for 60 days.

Do you have a problem with the upgrade? If you give a brief explanation, it would give the forum Team something to go on.
You should have received an mail shortly after upgrading detailing everything agreed over the phone, if you do not agree with the terms, you have 30 days to cancel the upgrade.

Hi, yeah I had a bit of a problem regarding what I was told was included in the package. I have rang up and cancelled now unfortunately. Loved the phone (s9+)
