I just activated my new sim card in the vodafone shop and works perfectly almost perfectly because wen i try to make a phone call it's saying it's restricted but the data internet it's working can someone tell me something please!!
Your going to probably need an agent to access your account @Stinga if the issue does not self resolve due to everything just being activated.

Try ejectiing the SIM card and reinsert and soft reboot by turning it off and on and also check in your myvodafone so see if your allowances are showing and that no account bars are in place.
Can you not make a phone call anywhere you go ?
You can contact Vodafone Customer via 191 from a working phone or 03333 040 191 from other UK landlines or mobiles (standard call charges apply) or use Live Chat.
Or pop back to your shop.
