My wife just rang my Samsung Galaxy from our house landline and the caller ID displayed my son's name (he doesn't live with us). When I look at the call details on the call log it says SMART followed by my son's name, in the detail screen it displays 'Hiya' at the top of the screen under his name. I've never associated his details with our home number. I've updated the phone contact details on my phone (new phone, Home wasn't set up as a contact) but don't understand how this association was made in the first place.
