hi,
I recently purchased a new phone - Pocophone F1.
For the first few days I have had no problem but for some reason, since I have updated the phone, I can no longer access 3g or 4g bands.
I have tired my sim in my old phone and it works fine .
Would anyone be able to tell me what the issue might be or how to fix it?

Hi @Rozza21
The first thing to do is to take a look at your APN settings. Please see here: What should I do if I have little to no data connection?
Also look at the phone settings and make sure the network mode is selected.

Hi,
I have tried steps 3 and got the attached message.
Step 4 doesn't get any response (I have tried twice now).

Thanks for the update @Rozza21, have you tried texting WEB to 40127 free from your Vodafone mobile? This should automatically update your APN settings, then you'll just need to save them.
