Try changing your browser to something like Firefox and see if that will work.

You could also try changing your browser home page to some thing like Google search not sure if any of these will work as l have not tried them as l have no need to look at adult websites.

Sorry it didn't work and l am sorry if l upset you l wasn't judging you in any way, what type of site's are you trying to look at? I have the content control off on my phone and don't have any problems getting onto the websites l want to although l can't use any of the torrent sharing sites now as these have now been band under some new government laws even Google has put a block on them.

There are a few sites i use for kit and equipment in my work that are clasified under 18 plus due to the nature of the equipment.eg i am registered to purchase these items but you wouldnt be able to if you was not.either way i have tried every possible solution and the amount of time i have contacted vodafone is ridiculous about it.there is clearly a major problem as i have seen on other forms that many many people are having this problem.its a matter of priciple as well i dont like the fact vodafone have suddenly taken control of what i reserch or look at. I never had this problem until i changed my price plan.

It sounds to me they have removed the content bar when you changed your price plan one way to check is log onto your Vodafone account then from the drop down box choose services and data (l think) the content control will be shown there all you will need to do is reactivate, you must restart your device after and you may have  up to 24 hours before it's ready to use. To be honest the content control was already removed on phone when l got it but it's not from Vodafone l got it from carphone warehouse and only use the Vodafone phone network.

Done that 5 times.

Confirmed my age several times

Spoke to vodafine and they removed the bar 3 times

Basically the bar or restiction is not in effect but it still wont let you access any site demed 18 plus.

It just constantly diverts any search to a vodafine web page.

@Topper182

This is something that we're aware of, there's a content control thread that'll be updated once there's any progress.

@Jamesinhay Secure Net can be removed if you'd prefer, however if this is related to your content control bar and you're continuing to see the same error after removing the bar through My Vodafone, please follow the details I've provided in the private message I've sent.

A member of our team will then be in touch to help.
