Delivery Time

I've been told my delivery will be here today but I asked it to be delivered after 3pm but haven't received anything all day to say it's been dispatched

Are you able to track the item via > How-do-I-track-my-order.

Check your email in box and spam inbox for any tracking information. 

Customer Services on 191 should be able to look into this to chrck its instock and been despatched. 

Live Chat can help too.

it says it's being checked but they stop delivering at 5pm. I paid for the delivery to be here today

Just phoned them. I was told by 2 different people that I've paid £4.95 to get the phone delivered today and now someone different is saying I didn't pay it and it will be here tomorrow

Did you receive any email / text type notification that your delivery would be today along with confirmation of the delivery fee you paid ?
