Fitbits will pair with any Andoid phone but you need  phone with adequate memory and RAM.  The Turbo 7 only has 1GB RAM and storage of 8GB which would be inadequate to support a Fitbit or Smartwatch, you need a phone with at least 16GB storage and 2GB RAM, preferably more.

However, if you want a watch which does more than a Fitbit, I would look at a smartwatch, you will get everything a Fitbit does and a lot more.  Take a look at the Samsung and Huawei smartwatch.
