Galaxy S7 WiFi Calling Codes?

I am having issue with WiFi Calling on my S7. On a call the other party cannot hear me. Lot of Echo and breaking up.

Tried it in iPhone SE and no issues.

And also changed SIM a few weeks ago.

Sent the phone to Samsung and came back with no Fault reported.

Contaced the Samsung Technical team and this is what they are suggesting.

"The suggestion that I can give is to have the Network Provider test the Wi-Fi Calling codes sent to your phone must be complete.

You have the right to get their free technical support, you are paying for that Wi-Fi calling feature plan.

Yes, you are correct, the IPhone SE is working fine, because the set-up of codes are complete.

While you are with the Network Providers support, you can ask for a replacement SIM with the same number delivered to your home address. This is one way of verifying if the fault is really with the phone.

As a Technical Support Specialist, I can say the issue is not with the phone as all necessary steps were already taken at the repair centre using analytical test instruments for smart phones."

Does anyone know about the codes?

I'm not sure if it will help but my reply posted in the thread titled: No "Wi-Fi Calling" option on Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge   in the Android section of this community may be of interest.  To resolve the fact that I couldn't use Wi-Fi calling on my Samsung A3 with Android 7, I got the codes re-sent to my phone using the long winded but successful method I detailed in my reply.  I realise you have have some Wi-Fi calling functionality but it may be worth a go.

Good luck.

(p.s. If it works let us know, thanks)

Have you tried putting phone in aeroplane mode then turn on Wi-Fi and then enable Wi-Fi calling.
