Galaxy s8 WiFi calling option missing.

Hi guys\vodafone,

Hope you can help with this. Pretty much as the thread title. I used to have the option to switch it on\off, now it's gone. It's on my account but can't use it. Talking to the guys on the live chat or twitter is like banging my head against a brick wall. Please help.

I've also heard that asking Customer Services on 191 to send the provision for calling over WiFi can help. 

Also turning Off Calling Over WiFi in myvodafone for 24 hours and turn it back On and reboot by turning the device Off and On can help.

Has your phone software has been upgraded and did this coincide with the loss of Wi-Fi calling?  If so, then my reply posted in the thread titled: No "Wi-Fi Calling" option on Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge in the Android section of this community may be of interest.
