Google Drive to SD card ?

Hi all - 

am using a Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 on Marshmallow OS - can anyone tell me how I can move files on Google Drive to my phones SD card ?

Have tried for hours & still not getting anywhere ! Help !!!

You'll need a 3rd party file manager app.  I'm currently using FileManager+, but there are others.   There are some restrictions in Android on 3rd party apps accessing an SD card, but FM+ seems to manage it.  For safety, copy the files, verify that they'll open and then delete the originals, rather than using the Move function.
