First try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On @jancoo
If that does not work then go into your phones settings and apps and find the Google Playstore and go into Stotage and clear the cache and cookies.
If that does not help then a back up and factory reset as a very last resort may help.
A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can help too.
