HTC One SMS delivery report issues

Hi, for the last couple of days I have been having issues with SMS delivery report.

When I send a text the delivery report will either be instant, 5 or 10 minute delay or not at all and will show message pending, in some cases I will get a reply from the recipient but not receive a delivery report!

I have cleared cache & cookies, restarted phone and powered off but still no improvement.

Any advice on how to put this right appreciated.

"Your phone manages your delivery reports, not our network.

So you'll need to check your phone to see if you can set them up"

So that would lead.me to believe either some form of update has stopped them or your phones preferences need looking at.

Thanks @bandofbrothers - my phone is set to receive delivery reports, as mentioned it doesn't happen with every message so maybe a recent update has caused the issue.
