Can I ask who is in charge of making sure these phones are up to date with the latest security updates, as of right now 13.11.19 my phone has the August secirrys update installed. August it's now November mid November, my partner has a Samsung S9 also on Vodafone and that has received the November update last week.
I am baffled as to how slow Huawei are for slowness, yes I know about the ban because of Trump Vs China etc but surely it shouldn't effect security updates
I agree software updates and the security updates that are typically sent at the same time are important @Nakatomi_Uk
Vodafone will want to test any updates to make sure they don't clash with their phones branded firmware and network features for allowing it to be sent out.
Branded means a phone supplied by the network.
