Internet keeps coming up as 'About This Page'

Hi all,

I have been trying to access some Gaming News / Forum sites using my 4G, but for quite a lot of the sites it keeps sending me to the Vodafone 'about-this-site/sitemap' page.

I have tried using Internet and Chrome, but neither work. I saw earlier that someone had posted a GeekSquad link with instruction on how to get around it, but this doesn't work either. Any ideas?

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S8+ if that helps...

You'll need to make sure your content control bar is set to off. You can do this on the newest update of the My Vodafone app.

 Please follow these steps:

- Click the dropdown menu in the top right hand corner (3 lines)

- Tap on 'My offers and extras' and select 'Buy extras'

- Click 'Bars and data alerts'

- Choose 'Age-restricted content bar'.

You'll need to verify your age in the app using a credit/debit card (no money will be taken) and you'll then be able to remove the content bar.

Thanks ChazzD, but I had already removed these.

I had the problem before, I did this and it worked for a couple of times over the day, and now it is back to where it was again.

Any other ideas?
