Mate 10 PRO Google Play Store Issues

Hi all,

 

 

Got my mate 10 pro on Friday and love it....apart from the Play store does not open argh

 

 

Only way to open it is to clear the data on google play store and google services. It then works for a short time then the same issue.

 

 

Has anyone else expierenced this?

No I’ve not experienced that on my s8. 

Who supplied the device to you ?

Some troubleshooting tips could be to see if you can clear the cache and data in the App. 

If that does not help then back up and Factory Reset. 

If that does not help then I’d suggest to return to the point of sale for assistance.

I've had that happen on a temporary basis and fixed it by clearing data, but that's been permanent.   It's possible that it needs an update itself - is there an option to uninstall updates so far?   If so, try that to force it to do it again.  If that fails, a factory reset may be necessary.   However, you might think that taking it back and asking for a replacement is the better way.  Be quick so that you're within the exchange period.
