received a multimedia message from Vodafone which included a facility to download. I tried several times to do this but it kept saying that the service is not activated on my phone. I've attached a screen print showing the message.
You may need to ring customer service on 191 or Live Chat to have MMS messages provisioned on your account.
A person needs a stable 3g signal via mobile data / wifi too.
