S9+ upgraded to PIE couple of days and NFC does not seem to work?
Samsung Pay switches on and after Finger Print Scan timer starts but the Card cannot be read when I place the device close to the reader.
Anyone had a similar issue?

Hi @Getafix
No issues with the Nuc on my Note 9 after the Samsung One Ui / Pie update.
That said I prefer Google Pay on mine.
Can you put your phone in Safe Mode to see if switching off your downloaded apps make a difference.

Tried that. Also a Soft Reset done.
Have contacted Samsung US Support. Let's see what they say.
Might try Samsung UK too.

Have you tried Google Pay instead of Samsung Pay ?
Have you sent feedback via the Samsung Members App / Samsung + App ?

This seems to be a known Pie issue and it's not only Samsung with some solutions from the internet. You have probably Googled the problem and tried just about everything but the one from Samsung Community looks promising https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-S9-S9/NFC-will-not-turn-on-after-US-Pie-update/td-p/92389...

Thanks,
I had done the Soft Reset before I stumbled on that.
And also done the Safe Mode restart as suggested by @BandOfBrothers
Sound like issue is with NFC. I have a Samsung LED cover, going to remove it and try to see if that could be the issue.
Also just pinged details to Samsung Pay US.

The LED case is the issue. I removed it yesterday and NFC worked fine.
So now trying to get Samsung to sort that out.
