NUC not working [#19763941]

Have received NUC code but it does not work. Reply from NUC resolutions team said its been referred to Samsung but taking ages!

Who can chase this?

Some Samsung phones also need a mastercode as well as the Nuc @campbstk

Vodafone Customer service should be able to supply the mastercode and or Samsung customer services may also be able to supply one although they can't help with unlocking. 

You can also ask Vodafone Customer service for the Nuc email address so you can contact them to chase this.

@campbstk Have you received a response from our NUC Resolutions team since posting? If not, when did you initially contact the team to request the master code? Our typical timescale to receive a response from Samsung can take up to 10 working days.
