I can't unlock my phone... I've recieved my 2nd NUC code after the first didn't work and it says it unsucessful again. I don't understand how I'm meant to unlock my phone?!
Unfortunately your not alone with unsuccessfully unlocking your Sony Phone.
As long as your using an activated alternative Networks SIM card - ie the sim card is working and connects to it's network to make calls and use Data etc then it should unlock.
This is the main thread for unlocking so it would be worth posting in there too.
You can also ask Customer services on 191 or Live Chat to esculate this to the Nuc Unlocking Department and can also give you their direct email address too for you to contact them.
