The best place to find this information is always the website here : Note 9 

With it being dependent on when stock has been received from Samsung, Vodafone would be unable to give any better information, as you can see the phone is on back order and will be available for home delivery in 1 to 2 weeks with low stock at most stores.

Just a thought @Jaijulyan but have you checked in your most local Highstreet Vodafone Store or maybe Carephone Warehouse for stock availability ?

Ive got one on order should have been with me yesterday but still nothing
