Oppo X2 Neo - ColorOS11

Has anyone received (in the UK) the ColorOS11 for Oppo X2 Neo?  

Details I see around the web is that ColorOS11 has been released for the X2 Neo, but that it is down to Vodafone to then release it to their network.  Any ideas when this is being done?
