Picture message bar (outgoing only) Does this BAR affect RCS as well as MMS?

For a year and until recently I had no problems sending pictures when the Android message app was in "Chat" rather than "SMS" mode.

However for the last few weeks every time I have tried to send a picture the text is sent on it's own (with a delivered and read update) but the photo remains unsent with a "retry" option.

I have always had the "Picture message bar - outgoing only"  bar turned on so as not to do any error MMS paid for pictures and it had stopped MMS but allowed RCS ok...   has anything changed?

(XZ1  47.1.A.16.20  sim free 8.0.0 as it looks like the XZ1 PIE is a PIG and has not been rolled out beyond a few places globally yet)

@ezy There's been no changes to our Picture Message Bar which we're aware of. As a process of elimination, you could always try to remove the bar in your My Vodafone app and then test to see if it allows you to send a picture 🙂

If you do this, just remember to add the bar back on afterwards if you wish to have it enabled.
