Razer Phone 2 is meant to support all Vodafone signals but some people are having issues with signal dropping.

Can someone who knows, point us in the right direction?

From the attached screen shot which setting would you recommend for Vodafone?

Thank you.

Hey @Barnebis, I wonder if it could be an issue with your APN settings 🤔 Here's how to manually add the Vodafone internet settings on an Android phone.

  1. Open Settings from the Home screen.
  2. Tap on Network & Internet.
  3. Tap Mobile network > Access point names.
  4. Tap the + button the top-right to add a new APN.
  5. Enter the following:
  • Name: Vodafone Internet
  • APN: wap.vodafone.co.uk
  • Username: wap
  • Password: wap
  • MMSC: http://mms.vodafone.co.uk/servlets/mms
  • MMS Proxy: 212.183.137.12
  • MMS Port: 8799
  • Authentication type: PAP
  • APN type: If you're given a choice, pick internet+mms, if the keyboard appears enter *
  1. Tap the three dots in the top-right, then tap Save.
  2. Back on the APN list, make sure to tap the circle on the right so that it is selected.

Give that a try and let us know if it makes any difference 👍

Hi

I checked the APN settings is the same! I can not add new or change it!

Thanks for getting back to me @Barnebis. It might be worth checking on the network around your area, to make sure there's nothing going on that might be affecting your service.

Try out some of our network trouble shooting checks, if you're still having problems after that; please complete the template at the bottom of the page and paste your answers here.
