I need to change my smashed screen, i pulled it apart and found the plastic is stuck to the screen, how do i remove it please?

I would suggest looking for a YouTube tutorial video as Vodafone wouldn't be able to help you in this way as replacing the screen yourself invalidates any remaining warranty @gsc1ugs

its not the dismantle video i need, its the screen with the back on, screens come with no back on

@gsc1ugs I'd suggest popping into your nearest Vodafone store. Our advisers there will be able to take a look, assess your phone and help you with anything that needs to be done 😊

I don't think a Vodafone shop will be able to help you as they would simply pass repairs on to the workshop.   This isn't something I'd attempt myself, but I know there are all kinds of online tutorials.   I also believe screens are normally supplied with all the parts bonded together and I'm not sure it's possible to take them apart.   It may be that you need a complete assembly.
