when I am using RCS (Chat message) on my S21 Ultra 5G my MSISDN that the recipient see is incorrect(Temp number from when I ported) but if I use the "Text" message it is displayed correctly.
Can the RCS application be updated to reflect my correct number
Hi @mattt_street! Please follow these steps in your phone and it should resolve your issue:
Settings > More Connection Settings > Advanced Calling and Messaging > Turn this OFF > Turn the phone off and remove the SIM for 30 minutes. Please let us know how you get on 🙂
