Samsung s8 unlocking code not working

I have finally got a NUC code for my old handset but it doesnt work. It is saying it is unsuccessful, what are the next steps? Can I have another code to try?? I've already locked it once and had to get a PUK code!

As I read your NUC code not working.

Sometime this will happen, 

Now you have to contact Vodafone customer care and ask for a new code.

Don't worry if you took PUK code before Its just a code for open a phone when you forget sim pin.
