Good afternoon I will like you to help me to unlock my phone I've tried everything and now I have run out of options. It's been over 2 moths since I tried getting the nuc code but every time I try put it in it say unsuccessful I already try emailing no respond now I've been referred to here to seek help.  I've got a Samsung Galaxy Edge S7

As well as an alternative network sim card i.e connects to mobile data etc you may also need a mastercode as well as the Nuc as some Samsung phones need this. 

There are some in this thread > Master-codes.

Also Samsung might be able to help if you need a specific mastercode although they can't help with unlocking. 

Vodafone Customer service can escalate this to the Nuc department and also give you their email address if needed.
