Unable to recieve any verification SMS codes

 I have a Google pixel 3 and unable to receive verification SMS codes I have contacted Vodafone and they have said I have no blocks on my account is this a Google phone issue or Vodafone

Faced the same problem on Pixel 3 phone. I'm receiving the code after about 10-12 hours and it's not valid anymore ((

Hey @Sophiejeanc, that sounds very frustrating. As far as I'm aware there's settings on the Google Pixel 3, that you can toggle to allow Premium SMS access. Please try the following:

  1. From the Home screen, touch and swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate: Settings 
     > Apps & notifications.
  3. Tap Advanced then tap Special app access.
  4. Tap Premium SMS access.
  5. From the 'Premium SMS' access screen, tap the app then select an option:
     Apps listed vary and only appear if they've previously been used for premium messaging.
    • Ask
    • Never allow
    • Always allow
