Hi, Just got an unlock code from you for my Sansumg s8 (edge) and it said "Network unlock was not successful". Would you please help and let me know what I can do next?
The new SIM card is an Ireland lyca mobile SIM.
Its best to use one of the main UK Network SIM cards to compete the unlock which is activated. I.e. working.
A person also needs to be in the UK as Vodafone UK cannot guarantee an unlock will work outside of the UK.
