User CA Certificates

Can someone please tell me why my Android phone (Huawei P20 Pro) should have a Vodafone User CA Certificates installed and Vodafone VPN certificate when I don't recall being asked to install either. Should I be worried? I have removed them, should I get them reinstated, although I'm not sure how to do that?

These are I believe usually part of the set up settings a person gets from a Vodafone Sim card automatically on inserting into the phone.

I wouldn't be worried if this was my situation.

I have similar certificates on my phone.

Thanks, I just wondering if removing them was a good or a bad idea. Having removed them the warning about Network being monitored has gone at least, even if it wasn't really a concern.
