Here is the real reason customers cant access this and vodafone are refusing to update their app

We’re gradually rolling out VeryMe Rewards to our customers @Rcl9. If you meet our eligibility criteria and are still seeing an error page, rest assured that we're working hard to get everyone access soon.

I've been told this for the past 4 months whilst I know everyone around me has had access but I can't. I've been told it has been raised with the technical team and I've messaged "ACCESS" to 97888 like a hundreds times. Been told the same thing and I'll receive an update but nothing. This is beyond a joke.

@D_khan_91 I'm sorry that you feel this way. As @TJ has said, this is something the team are aware of and are working to ensure our eligible customers are able to access our VeryMe Rewards as soon as possible.
