I'm trying to access live chat and its constantly says loading and never goes through to a client, can anyone help??

I've found that Live Chat is best accessed via a laptop or computer and pop ups are allowed and then leave the window open until an agent becomes free @Scarfey123
Try making sure pop ups are allowed and perhaps clear your cache and cookies in your browser and then try again.
That or call customer services on 191 for account help or speak to the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Vodafone Facebook or Vodafone Twitter
