Vodafone Smart First 7 White screen

My Vodafone Smart First 7 has stopped working. When ever i turn it on, it is just a white screen. None of the buttons work (from what i have found) and it does not respond to anything

Can someone help me?

Has anything happened like an accidental drop or water damage (check any visible water sensors)  @underpins ?

If not then my advice is to try a Hard Reset although be aware this may delete your saved data. The process is detailed in > Hard Reset vodafone-smart-first-7.

If this does not help then please visit a Vodafone Highstreet Store where the staff will take a look and if necessary send it to their repair centre to be looked at under the 24 Month Manufacturing Warranty.
