My smart ultra 6 when plugged in and charging says charging slowly.Why?

Did it fast charge before? 

First try turning the phone Off and On to reset it. 

Also check any relevant quick charge settings to see if its turned On.

Ensure no lint etc is in the charging port and in the connector at the end of the charging cord. 

Can you try another new charging cord and charging brick.

Are you using a 3rd party charger or the original. 

Edit > from what I read the phone won't display its fast charging _ it just will.

Hi,I've just reset it.

there is no quick charge setting that I can see

I have changed cable and charger

I am using a 2amp 3rd party charger

maybe the charger port

You're very welcome.

Please do take into account that from what I've read it does not  display that it's fast charging. 

If you feel something is wrong then a Vodafone Highstreet Store can send it away to be looked at. 

The phone has a 24 Month Manufacturing Warranty. 

If it's out of warranty then a charge maybe levied.

Hi @frontname10 using a 3rd party charger is probably your problem, any phone I have had that has fast charging only fast charged with the original charger.
