May I assume you have adequate network signal.
If so then....
Try turning voicemail Off and then back On again to see if that helps.
From Voicemail.
" To turn off your voicemail:
Call 1210 free from your Vodafone mobile, or Call 121 then choose Option 4, Option 4again, then Option 3.
Turning off your voicemail won’t delete your mailbox.
To turn Call Divert back on again at any time, call 1211 free from your Vodafone mobile. "
Sometimes clearing all diverts and turning voicemail back on can help >
To cancel all diverts
Dial ##002# and press call or send.
If nothing is helping then ask Vodafone support on 191 or Live Chat to check your account from their end.
