Why is there no sound/vibrate/screen notification from incoming WhatsApp calls?
Whenever my phone screen is off I don't receive any sound/vibrate/screen notifications from incoming WhatsApp calls. I've checked every possible notification within Whatapp and within the phones notification settings, and the sound settings.
The phone is not on DoNotDisturb, the call notifications come through when the phone is unlocked. Also, sound notifications for messages on WhatsApp come through when its locked - so that's working. And cellular call sound/vibrate/screen notifications are coming through.
I can't make heads or tails of it - any suggestions? It was working in the past - I don't know if perhaps its an app/system update bug - has anyone come across this?
I tried contacting Vodafone's online customer care chat but its not connecting to an advisor.
I'm using a Samsung A21s, Black 32GB - if that helps. If there's any more information y'all need me to provide let me know - thank you ❤️
