Xperia XZ2 no wifi calling or 4G calling options.

After some calls to you yesterday I was assured that after midnight tonight these settings would become available on my phone. I was dubious as all they kept doing was pushing the provisioning messages which I've had before. The option is enabled in my Vodafone. 

 

Does anybody here have any idea how to get this enabled properly?

Today I received an update and when it restarted it asked if I wanted to install operator specific settings. I opted for yes, it restarted again and now I have Wifi Calling available!!!
